The story behind the cup

Cosecha started with a simple idea: bring exceptional Guatemalan coffee directly to European roasteries. Five varietals — Pacamara, Sarchimor, Geisha, Bourbon, and a Catisic y Catuaí espresso blend — each from a different farm, a different region, a different producer. All washed. All grown at altitude. All harvested once a year.

We work directly with small producers in Guatemala who process in small batches, storing at altitude until the last possible moment before export. The coffee you roast carries a name, a face, and a place.
