The story behind the cup
Cosecha started with a simple idea: bring exceptional Guatemalan coffee directly
to European roasteries. Six lots from five farms across the highlands — Geisha,
Pacamara, Typica and Bourbon, plus two Catuaí Amarillo lots (one honey, one
natural) from the same Santa Rosa finca. Washed, honey and natural. All grown
at altitude. All harvested once a year.
We work directly with small producers in Guatemala who process in small batches,
storing at altitude until the last possible moment before export. The coffee you
roast carries a name, a face, and a place.
